Dear God, I confess my sins to you today, sins known and unknown.  I ask that Jesus come into my heart to have complete control.  I believe that Your Son, Jesus, died on the cross and rose again on the third day.  I place my life in Your hands so that you can shape and mold me according to Your will. Lord Jesus, my life has been out of control, and I need Your divine help. My sins have led me down wrong paths. I repent of all my sins. Today, I open the door of my heart and invite You to come in.  I believe in Your sacrifice on the cross for my sins, and on the third day, You rose so that I may have eternal life.  Thank You for dying for me. Today, I have a fresh start in life. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Dear Lord, I stand here today as a sinner in need of a Savior.  I acknowledge all my sins, and the need for Your forgiveness.
